Atticus is the team's chief executive and general manager. Everyone else reports to Atticus, and when a department isn't sure, Atticus is who it asks.
Brad's information goes through the team first. Atticus then pulls it together into a short summary and recommends the best course of action. Brad makes the final call and deploys it.
