AI training for teams and enterprise
Practical AI (artificial intelligence) fluency for your people, with the policy and safeguards around it.
AI is your partner, not your boss. I teach your teams to lead it.
Teams that use AI well, not just often
Giving everyone an AI licence doesn't make a team fluent.
Results come when people know what to delegate, how to brief it, how to check it and who owns the outcome.
That's the 4Ds: Delegation, Description, Discernment and Diligence, plus a fifth, Deployment: your final human decision.
I build workshops around your real work, so the skills stick on Monday morning.
What I do for teams
- AI governance: where the lines are, who checks what, and how data is kept safe.
- AI policy: a plain-English policy your staff will actually read, designed to sit alongside your legal advice.
- Leadership briefings: what AI means for your strategy, in language that gets decisions made.
- Team workshops: part workshop, part game, part stand-up. We solve one of your real problems live, and you keep the results.
Workshops run in person across NSW, from Tweed Heads to Newcastle and out to Armidale, and I'm open to flying elsewhere. The work is digital, so I can also help from anywhere in the world.
Questions teams ask
How do you train a team to use AI?
We pick a real task the team already does, agree the rules on data and checking, then practise on that task with guidance. Everyone leaves with something they can use that week.
Do we need an AI policy?
If your staff use AI at all, yes. It sets out how your team uses AI and where the lines are. Read more.
Do you lock us into a contract?
No. Everything is built to be handed over. Mentoring has a one-month minimum, and that's it.
